Welcome to Hazetrip. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hazetrip website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Hazetrip (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Hazetrip provides travel technology and booking services to Travel Agents, Travel Agencies, individual Travelers, Corporate Customers, and other individuals or entities legally authorized to use the Service.

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, making a booking, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable service-specific terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the relevant Service.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for an account or using the Service.

Hazetrip may require identity documents, business documents, licenses, or other information to verify a User's identity, business, or eligibility.

Travel Agents, Travel Agencies, and Corporate Customers are responsible for ensuring that their representatives are authorized to act on their behalf.

Hazetrip may approve or reject registration applications and restrict access to particular services based on verification status, account type, applicable licensing requirements, or legal obligations.

Users must promptly update inaccurate or outdated account information.

3. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

Users must not share their credentials with unauthorized individuals or use another person's account without permission.

Any suspected unauthorized access or security breach must be reported to Hazetrip promptly.

Hazetrip may temporarily restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspicious activity, protect Users, or secure the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Users must not provide fraudulent information, make unauthorized bookings, misuse payment methods, interfere with the Platform's security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or commercially misuse the Platform without authorization.

Hazetrip may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action under these Terms and applicable law.

5. Bookings and Service Conditions

Bookings are subject to availability, applicable fares, payment requirements, supplier rules, and the Purchase and Sale Terms published by Hazetrip.

A booking reference or reservation confirmation does not necessarily mean that a ticket has been issued.

Users must review booking information, passenger details, travel dates, routes, baggage allowances, fare conditions, and applicable charges before confirming a transaction.

Users booking on behalf of another person are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating relevant booking conditions to the Traveler.

6. Account Funds and Financial Obligations

Account funding, payments, balance adjustments, and withdrawals are governed by the applicable account arrangements and Purchase and Sale Terms.

Subject to proper verification and applicable financial procedures, eligible Users may request withdrawal of unused account balances.

Outstanding amounts must be settled before a ticket reissue request can be processed where this requirement applies to the account. This requirement does not, by itself, establish a blanket restriction on void or refund requests.

All account transactions remain subject to applicable contractual terms, supplier rules, and law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may provide access to services or information supplied by airlines, hotels, GDS platforms, API providers, payment processors, and other third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and conditions. Hazetrip does not control every aspect of these services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of all third-party information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that Hazetrip cannot lawfully exclude.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform's software, design, branding, text, graphics, and original materials belong to Hazetrip or its respective licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, and airline logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not necessarily indicate a direct partnership or endorsement.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Hazetrip does not control their content, privacy practices, or operations.

Users should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using third-party websites or services.

10. Suspension and Termination

Hazetrip may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of material breach, fraud, unauthorized activity, security risks, legal non-compliance, or a requirement imposed by a competent authority.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Hazetrip may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination does not automatically extinguish outstanding payment obligations or determine the treatment of pending bookings, eligible refunds, or unused account balances. These matters will be handled under applicable agreements, supplier rules, and law.

Users wishing to close their accounts may contact Hazetrip for assistance. Additional verification may be required before account closure or any associated withdrawal is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hazetrip will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party system outages, airline schedule changes, or supplier cancellations.

Hazetrip will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses where such exclusions are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

Hazetrip collects and processes personal and business information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Users who submit information about other individuals must be authorized to provide that information for the relevant purpose.

13. Changes to These Terms

Hazetrip may update these Terms to reflect changes to its services, business operations, or legal requirements.

Where appropriate and legally required, Hazetrip will take reasonable steps to notify affected Users of material changes before they take effect.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

15. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver: A failure or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with applicable Purchase and Sale Terms, Privacy Policy provisions, booking conditions, and written agreements, govern the relevant use of the Service.

Force Majeure: Hazetrip will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
