- Agency and account details: business name, trade license and other registration documents, contact person, email address, phone number, office address and login details.
- Passenger information: details that agents enter to make bookings, such as names, dates of birth, passport or ID details, nationality, contact details and special requests.
- Transaction records: deposits, bookings, tickets, invoices, void, re-issue and refund requests, reward points and payment references.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, log data and cookies.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Review agency applications, verify documents and activate accounts.
- Search fares, make bookings, issue tickets and handle void, re-issue and refund requests.
- Manage deposits, invoices, account balances and reward points.
- Send one-time passcodes (OTP), booking confirmations and other service messages.
- Provide reservation support and answer your questions.
- Protect accounts, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.
- Meet legal, tax and airline requirements, and improve our services.
3. How we share information

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed to complete bookings, handle refunds and disputes, and meet accounting and legal requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and one-time passcodes for sign-in. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
